Rinaldo brings over a decade of business management experience to Eva Saturno BHT Academy. He holds an MBA from University Canada West and is currently a Doctorate candidate in International Business at the Swiss School of Business and Management, alongside a Business Administration degree and post-graduate studies in Financial Control and Business Management from UNIFEI (Brazil). A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Management practitioner, he has spent his career helping organizations streamline operations, control costs, and improve profitability — most recently as Project Manager at Avafina Organics, where he helped increase production output by more than 50%. He currently teaches business courses at the Canadian College of Business and previously taught at Granville College, bringing that same instructional experience to help salon owners build stronger, more efficient, and more profitable businesses.
